Yoga is essentially a spiritual discipline based on an extremely subtle science, which focuses on bringing harmony between mind and body and soul. It is an art and science of healthy living. The word ‘Yoga’ is derived from the Sanskrit root ‘Yuj’, meaning ‘to join’ or ‘to yoke’ or ‘to unite’.

Reiki is a healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of transferring of life force energy, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient’s body and restore physical and emotional well-being.

Tarot card reading is a form of divination whereby practitioners use tarot cards and or Oracle cards to gain insight into the past, present or future. Sitters formulate a question, then the tarot card reader draw cards and use the meaning of the card or their intuition to interpret them.

Mediumship is the practice of mediating and being open to communication between spirits of crossed over loved ones and living. Practitioners are known as “mediums” or “spirit mediums”. There are different types of mediumship. – See More Below.

Spiritual mediumship – This form of Mediumship is the reception and delivery of messages from Spirit. Using clairaudience, clairvoyance, claircognizance, and clairsentience, messages are received.  The Medium then delivers and physically translates those messages into the physical form with words. Messages are usually delivered through speaking or writing and with support from physical divination tools, such as oracle cards.

Physical mediumship – This form creates a physical phenomenon. It can include table tipping, noise-making levitation, smoke billet pictures, and the creation of ectoplasm with the help of a visiting Spirit. The physical Medium and the Spirit work together to create and produce a physical phenomenon. Physical Mediumship includes face changes, voices changes, and apportation.

Channeling/Trance mediumship – is much like Spiritual Mediumship, except rather than connecting with many Spirits, the Medium only Channel Mediums allow their mouths and hands to be used to deliver messages through speaking and writing. Message and delivery happen almost simultaneously in Channeling Mediumship.  Many channelers feel they are allowing their body or voice to be taken over by the Spirit whom they are channeling.
