What is the timeline for my order?

Each item has a defined shipping window, which is up to three business days. Please be aware that business days are non-holiday weekdays (Monday through Friday).

Refunds and Cancellations

Once an order is placed it cannot be refunded or cancelled. If you decide you want something else from my shop instead I can swap it out for you for equal value. 


Orders that are returned to  My Enchanted Path because they were refused by the receiver, never picked up by the receiver, or intentionally "Returned to Sender" are considered forced returns. Forced returns will not be refunded or replaced. In extenuating circumstances the order may be reshipped provided the receiver pays the additional actual re-ship costs. 

Issues with Shipping

Please make sure you have entered a verified address for your order. I ship with USPS; they verify all addresses before I can purchase a shipping label.

If you accidentally enter the wrong shipping address for your order you will need to pay to have the order re-shipped to the correct address should the order be returned to me. Orders sent to the wrong address will not be replaced.

I paid for expedited shipping. When will I receive your order?

Expedited shipping will not affect the processing time to put together your ordered items. Processing time takes up to 3 days. Expedited shipping includes UPS second Day Air. EXAMPLE: If your order ships on Monday, UPS estimates your package would be delivered Wednesday.

Wholesale Availability

At this time I am only offering select items at a Bulk price.

I am not set up as a wholesaler so applicable sales tax will be charged. All orders that include any bulk items must have $100 order minimum before applicable shipping or taxes or it will be processed as full price items and your sipped quantities will be altered. Please READ the entire listing for each bulk item ordered. You may place an additional order with in 24 hours to reach the $100 minimum order to have it processed: the orders will ship together. You can mix Bulk items in your order with non-bulk. Please allow up to 5 business days to process orders that include Bulk items.

Product FAQ's

Spelled Candle Use and Safety

Your candle(s) have been carefully charged with marching orders to go to work for you. You may add a petition paper (placed under the candle) or other items to further engage the candle. DO NOT LEAVE BURNING CANDLES UNATTENDED
Your participation is required as follows: Place the candle on a heat proof surface away from any flammable objects. Tealights should be placed in a candle holder. As the wax melts move herbs, crystals, add-ins, away from the flame to ensure candle safety. Re/Moving the elements will not impeded the energy of the candle. The candle does not need to be burned all at once: it should be burned up to 4 hours at a time. You may blow it out and relight again later without issue.
